PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
EFTPOS facility is available at Quest Psychological Services and Medicare rebates can be processed at the time of payment or you can provide your card details for automatic payment after a session. Rebates are usually received by clients on the following business day, provided their bank accounts are listed with Medicare.
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or change or appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fees of $50 for the session(Medicare). You will not be entitled to a Medicare rebate for cancellation.
For NDIS, 90% fee for the session will be charged as per recommendation from the NDIS Price Guide.
